I work best with clients who value pragmatism, evidence, and follow-through and who want a level of preparedness that is more reliable than what public systems can guarantee during high-consequence events.This work is focused on decisions and execution — not emotional reassurance or speculative scenarios.Preparedness often increases peace of mind, but the goal is to build reliable capabilities; reduced anxiety is a byproduct, not the objective.
I lead Fønix, a long-term project focused on resilience against high-consequence biological threats, including potential next-generation bioweapons. Before that, my career focused on climate-driven disruption, infrastructure fragility, and keeping critical systems functioning under severe global stress. My work has included structured analysis at RAND and risk-reduction work in large, multi-million-dollar physical projects.Alongside this, I run HOPE Consulting AB, where I take on a limited number of private clients when capacity allows. This advisory work began organically: I was repeatedly asked by individuals and families to help them prepare in practical, concrete ways, and a structured Resilience Review proved consistently useful as a way to test mutual fit before moving into deeper, execution-focused support.Where we mutually decide to continue beyond the Review, I support execution end-to-end — from priorities and procurement to technical review and contractor oversight — with an emphasis on disciplined delivery that minimizes delays, coordination failures, and cost overruns.
